We met my Senior year (Angi) and his junior year through mutual friend groups. Started out as “best” friends and since he was much cooler than I, he would take me to parties since I would not have ever been invited to them. Ran around in 1988, would meet at McDonald’s during my half day for lunch, I graduated and then during his senior year, we got a little closer. He then invited me to his prom, which I had to think long and hard about since I would be “going back” , but ultimately ended up being the best prom I went to! Got married in 1993, have 3 absolutely amazing kids that we are huge fans of (and all IU graduates) and now live on the lake at Heritage Lake, (after raising our kids in Avon) and absolutely love it! I have owned a successful salon, Cass and Company Salon, in Avon for 25 years and Jay is Director of Central Operations of Agriculture company in Crawfordsville. Just waiting on grandkids!
