Back Story

Since 2022, WBDG Alumni Day has been a beloved tradition where past and present collide. This year, we turned up the excitement as Ben Davis alumni broadcasters from the 1970's through the 2020's took over the mic for one epic day! Each returning DJ brought their own unique style and show, crafted in collaboration with today’s WBDG team, creating a seamless blend of past and present magic. This event kicked off a year-long journey to WBDG's 60th anniversary, coming this Spring with the thrilling WBDG 60 Marathon. Mark your calendars—WBDG officially turns 60 on February 14, 2026!
